Thank you, Coach, for this wonderful analysis and review. Your comments are spot on. I agree with you, about Disney music, the songs are feel-good type, story-telling, expressing joy, wonder and excitement, and can be sung by all ages, that's perhaps why the song did not include a lot of power belting that we all know Morissette is capable of. Instead of the power belts, DIsney harnessed other aspects of Mori's singing, which includes her warm and bubbly personality, the way she shows joy while singing, her diction and pronunciation, and, as you pointed out, her wise use of dynamics, creating build-up and excitement from beginning to end. 🥰 There is actually a stage performance for this. It happened during the launching of Disney+ in the Philippines, the video is entitled "A Night of Wonder - Grand Finale" where Mori and Christian Bautista sang "Beauty and the Beast" and "A Whole New World", and Mori sang the longer version of "Imagine More" in a grand set of lighting, sound and fireworks. Hope you can react to that. 🥰

So glad to see Morissette get this opportunity and recognition! I agree this was a walk in the park for Mori, but it was still great. Hopefully Disney will come to their senses and get Mori to be the featured singer in a Disney movie. Choosing Morissette would be the no-brainer of no-brainers! Come on Disney!!

THANK YOU for being honest. I am a big Angelina Jordan fan, but she has songs that are just OK. At least I can admit it. Some fans of singers think every song is good. Thats impossible.

@@murtheblur Try some of Lucy Thomas’s music. Her singing is so smooth and angelic. She is a rising star and has some of her recordings reaching 50 million views now. She does a rendition of “Hallelujah” or “Someone you Loved” that is just Devine. I do like Angelina. She is a once in a generation singer. But she has put out a lot of songs that is just very hard to understand. Lucy is very clear and concise.

@@jimivison5837 I do like Lucy Thomas as well. As a long time Angelina fan, I fully understand what she's doing. People forget she's still only 17. She experiments a lot with her voice and she shares that with her fans. I don't like that these youtubers take tiktok snippets and call it a "cover". Its out of control now. Angelina is doing things the right way. Good family, good label, hard worker that is constantly trying to perfect her craft. Shares all of it with her fans.

@@murtheblur I don’t want to pit one against the other. They have two different singing styles and I enjoy both of them. Have you seen the new song that Lucy has put out with her mother and sister singing with her. The is title “Smile” and it will make you smile.

@@jimivison5837 not pitting one against the other. Just explaining why I like Angelina so much. Wonderful song Smile. I got into Lucy about a year ago. I really like her version of The Way We Were. Just as good as Barbara.
