Imagine - Scott Bakula Quantum Leap TV Series 

The performance by Olivia Burnette (Katie Beckett) was real. According to an interview with Donald Bellisario, she got really emotional when she heard the song. Olivia never heard such a beautiful song before, and the camera just went with it and never turned away. But the impact it did for this scene is legendary. You have Katie Beckett completely skeptical of her brothers "ability to see the future" that she challenges him to disclosing who her first boyfriend would be and details on the future of the Beatles. Once Sam starts to sing, she continues to doubt/humor him. But little by little she starts to notice, not only does her brother know how to play this on his guitar, but that he knows these lyrics, and chords by heart. And as he continues to play this beautifully written song perfectly with no intention of stopping until its done, she remembered what Sam said about Tommy. That Tommy would be killed in Vietnam. BRING BACK THIS SHOW! NO REBOOT!

The young girl is great in this scene. The way her emotion changes through the song from happy and jokey to distraught.

I cryed so much when i saw it on tv... It's the one moment i remember the most from Quantum Leap, the most beautuful and emotional moment

One of the great scenes from TV. Realising that only Lenon could have written that song she knows the truth of Sam's words. Excellent acting from both actors.

Was still young when i watched this episode. And because of this one scene whenever i hear this song i immediately think of quantum leap

Al (Dean Stockwell) is heard singing a few words near the end. Kinda telling about the character, when earlier in the scene he disapproved of Sam (Scott Bakula) telling her things about the future. This was a great show, and Bakula has a terrific singing voice. Bring back Sam!

This is the one scene from Quantum Leap that has always stuck with me.

I m French...we loved this serie...stockwell and bakula had more expressive and personnal voices in french version than their own voices here,French version of 90's TV séries was very well dubbed...i hope i use the right Word..

Surely the best episode of the show.But It should habe been intersting if one of them has told about the sister story when whe listens Imagine for the first time , remembering her brother listening it...

The problem with this show was that Sam was too much of a good singer and dancer to be a scientist or physicist. And way too much of an all round talented guy to be honest. It just makes you sick 🤒🤯🤮🤮🤮! I still love the show of course.
