Ingredients:
3 Flour Tortillas
1 lb Ground Sausage (Regular)
16 oz Cream Cheese
Heath Riles BBQ - Garlic Jalapeno Rub
12 strips Thin Sliced Bacon
Maple Syrup
Directions:
1 - Preheat the Recteq Smokestone Griddle to 375°.
2 - Season the ground sausage with Heath Riles BBQ - Garlic Jalapeno Rub and cook until golden brown.
3 - Add cream cheese and continue cooking until evenly mixed.
4 - Remove from the griddle.
5 - Preheat the Recteq 1250 Smoker to 350°.
6 - Cut flour tortillas in half, add sausage and cheese mixture, wrap, and then wrap with bacon.
