Was in er for abdominal pain on left side with griss hematuria. They found 2 kidney stones but also a large 12cm on ct scan. Er called it a cyst. When to urologist. Younger guy said might be diverticulum. I had a MRI scheduled but head of radiology cancelled it. I don't know what to think. The older urologist never seen something so big in someone so skinny. His words.
مرحبا انا مثلك تم تشخيصي بكيس بوسنياك 3 قياسه1،3cm في الكلية اليمنى والاطباء في الدنمارك يراقبون الكيس منذ سبع سنوات . ودائما الكيس يزاد في الحجم بشكل بطيء جدا عند اخر صورة منذ شهر تقريبا زاد اجمالي حجم الكيس حوالي0،8cm لذلك قرر الاطباء اخذ خزعة من الكيس ، والمشكلة ان الكيس يقع في منتصف الكلية بالقرب من الحالب والشرايين . طبعا كنت اقوم بتصوير الكيس كل سنة بالاشعة المقطعية مع الصبغة الملونة . لذلك انا محتار من خيار الخزعة . اتمنى الشفاء لك .
@@raghuyerragadla6116 thank you for the input. my dr requested to do another ct scan this time it was done using triphasic ct scan instead of a triple contrast focusing the left kidney cyst. my diagnosis went down from bosniak 3 to 2f. my dr decided to do a 6 months monitoring using ultrasound to check if it grows. my last ultrasound actually shown it decreasing size a bit. is this normal and is this the best course of action at this time? i appreciate if you can responsd 😁
@@raghuyerragadla6116 my dr decided to have another ct scan this time a triphasic scan instead of the tripple contrast. it was lowered down to bosniak2f . is surgery still the best option or can it be monitored ?
What is a complex renal 2F cyst, is it always operable or the kidney have to go out< If a cyst become smaller is there always a chance the kidney is recovering ?

@@lahnamira8034 مرحبا لقد اظهرت الخزعة انه خبيث . وخضعت لعملية بالتجميد عن طريق تبريد الورم بالغاز البارد _30 مئوية . والان انا قيد المراقبة لمدة خمس سنوات وكل ستة اشهر يجب عمل اشعة على منطقة الصدر والبطن . نرجو من الله الشفاء التام .
