Great review mate and awesome beamshot comparisons. They look almost identical with the Acebeam K30GT having a slightly warmer tint. For me I prefer the K30GT for the fact that you can use standard 18650 batteries as replacements instead of the proprietary Imalent battery pack. I normally bring 2-3 set of spares 18650's when I'm out camping and fishing for days at a time.
@@srdlights7238 I need your help and advice. I’m trying to decide between the Imalent R90TS or the BLF GT94. I know you have both. If you could only have one, which one would you choose? I mainly use them for night fishing trips of beaches and rocks. Thanks mate
@@phornadams8196 sounds like you want a bulk thrower. Both large units. I'd say the blf gt94. That thing is serious! As you know, 8 x 18650 batteries compared to the r90ts which has a battery pack (8 x 21700 batteries I believe). I don't mean to be picky but the fan on the r90ts isn't a nice sound. Even the fish wouldn't like it..

I recently purchased the UT-90 which is also a new Imalent sbt90.2 product. Its size/shape is very close to the Javelot Turbo being a 2x 21700 hunting light. While I have many lights with both proprietary batteries or battery packs which work great. It's an expensive downfall when batteries need replacing down the road. I like the freedom to choose what batteries I want in my lights and be able to buy them whether the company is around or not in years to come. Good review, that little light punches out a great compact search beam
Sealed batteries, proprietary charging, no lanyard hole, and the switch is so sensitive that the lockout mode is essential. Still, I really like mine. Thanks for the review.
@@srdlights7238 imalent r60c brother. It is quite interesting how far it can really throw. If it can really throw as far as the k30gt then it is a must have. For me and @victor nishimoto haha

Nice review. I wonder where the R60C fits in your line of choices for a mix of flood and throw. It's got both, although it probably wont really touch a kilometer distance.
