I understood that Raful Yadin was a Sunnah and leaving of it a bidah because of being in an ahlul hadeeth environment alhamdulillah. But other readings made me believe that leaving it (not doing raful yadain) is the Sunnah. See the book: نيل الفرقدين في مسألة رفع اليدين Write it like this on the Internet then write "pdf" after it, you will easily find it. Imam al-Tirmidhi, a prominent student of Imam al-Bukhari himself, was of the opinion that many scholars from the sahaba and tabiun considered leaving off raful yadain as the sunnah as he mentioned in his jaami (famously known as jaami tirmidhi) after the hadeeth of abdullah bin masood that was graded as sahih by classical muhaddithun like imam zahiri, and more recent ones like shaykh albani. From the early salaf who were the tabiun and atbaa al tabiun, sufyan al thawri, ibrahim al nakhai and hammad bin abi sulayman authenticated this hadeeth. Sufyan al thawri was from the tabiun or atbaa al tabiun according to some and in his madhab also leaving off of raful yadain was sunnah, this was his fatwa. These are some very few points, the book that i mentioned goes into much detail that can only be understood by a student of knowledge and is not for laymen, shaykh al islam allamah zahid kawthari, the last head mufti and grand muhaddith of the ottoman empire considered this hadeeth to be the best one on the topic as it even responded to the points made by ibn al qayyim r.a in his book of the same topic. Check it out, it is truly a great read والله أعلم If you just wanna watch a video see "mufti rasheed mahmood rizvi raful yadain" on RU-vid but despite being a great video on the topjc I'm not satisfied much with it as this person is from the Barelvi school of thought, practices some bid'aat and so on, leaving aside his problems, the video of his on the topic is good but still I'd suggest you read the book that i mentioned. The book alsi tackles with the points of juzz raful yadain by imam bukhari r.a and displays why many of the ahadeeth in it are weak and that's why imam bukhari didn't put them in his jaami as they were of a lower grade. Mufti rasheed mahmood rizvi also has a video "juzz raful yadain" on RU-vid where he goes into detail of the asanid of ahadeeth mentioned in juzz raful yafaun by imam bukhari in much detail and what have the classical ulama and muhaddithun said about these narrators

3:05 many Muhaddithun like Imams Daraqutni, Ibn Sa’d, Khatib Baghdadi, Dhahabi, Ibn Hajar, Waliyud Din Al ‘Iraqi, Suyuti, Mulla ‘Ali Al Qari and others (rahimahumullah) were of the view that Imam Abu Hanifah (rahimahullah) was definitely born in the era of Sahabah.... Hafiz Ibn Hajar Al Haytami (rahimahullah) has enlisted approximately seventeen Sahabah that Imam Abu Hanifah (rahimahullah) had met: Anas ibn Malik (radiyallahu ‘anhu) ‘Amr ibn Hurayth (radiyallahu ‘anhu) ‘Abdullah ibn Unays Al Juhani (radiyallahu ‘anhu) ‘Abdullah ibn Al Harith (radiyallahu ‘anhu) Jabir ibn Abdullah (radiyallahu ‘anhu) ‘Abdullah ibn Abi Awfa (radiyallahu ‘anhu) Wathilah ibn Al Asqa’ (radiyallahu ‘anhu) Ma’qil ibn Yasar (radiyallahu ‘anhu) Abut Tufayl ‘Amir ibn Wathilah (radiyallahu ‘anhu) ‘Aaishah bint ‘Ajrad (radiyallahu ‘anha) Sahl ibn Sa’d (radiyallahu ‘anhuma) Saib ibn Khallad (radiyallahu ‘anhu) Saib ibn Yazid (radiyallahu ‘anhu) ‘Abdullah ibn Busrah (radiyallahu ‘anhu) Mahmud ibn Rabi’ (radiyallahu ‘anhu) ‘Abdullah ibn Ja’far (radiyallahu ‘anhu) Abu Umamah (radiyallahu ‘anhu 3:00 yes , Imam Abu Hanifah (rahimahullah) is considered a Tabi’i..... And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.😊
