Hulk has destroyed planets and ran fades with EVERY HERO IN MARVEL, they were forced to get people like Wanda and strange cause nobody else could remotely do anything to stop him. He had the intelligence of Bruce and the strength of hulk. So if we're taking the strongest versions of Kratos and Hulk then Hulk wins. But tbh it's just so unfair cause hulks been around for WAY longer than kratos and comic versions of characters are always absolutely OP. So in equal stats then it would most likely be a draw like when Thor and Hulk fought.
