But those nutribun , kadiwa, samahang nayon, masagana 99, kabataang barangay was during Marcos.last 2016 as an ofw maraming ingay about Marcos in SocMed si I started reading those infrastructure, schools, etc that Marcos did. Especially those schools I was shocked that it was him ( Marcos) I changed my outlook about Marcos kasi doon sa mga schools na yun alam ko yun and one one those schools I’m supposed to be enrolled in that high school pero puno na kaya sa private nalang ako pero alam ko yung mga schools at university sa visayas at Mindanao na pinatayo ni Marcos. 2016 haha nag away away na kami ng mga friends ko FB dahil nga kay Marcos, pero when PRRD won they start reading about Marcos ayon nagkaintindihan na kami.im just a high school graduate, but I would say na ang learning and teaching skills noon ay mas strict compared nowadays. Generations nowadays are good in technology but the missed out some part of our history, culture and traditions.

Big change! They privatized all government services and gave it to their Oligarch friends. Cory stopped the Safe Nuclear Power Plant in Bataan which could have solved the power problems in many parts of the Philippines because she is so vindictive saying that it will just remind her of Marcos and not thinking the Filipino people that could have benefited the project.

@@donperez9895 I was born and raised in Manila, schools Legarda elem., NU HS, UST College, from 1955 to 1978. Life in Manila back then was a mess. Gangs, Fraternities were fighting. Daily demonstrations and riots was the norm. Then Marcos declared Martial. First 2 years were good and peaceful but it got worst. Our family left for America hating Marcos for what he's done. Because he was always in the headlines, i tried to think about his accomplishments. I said not much except he did a lot of infrstructure like San Juanico Bridge, Cultural Center, Hospitals and at least all the bridges in our province which for us very important. After the Marcos family left Philippines, nothing changed for the better, crime, drugs, corruption got worst, From the manager to the parking attendant wants a peice of the pie. The only hope we got right now is President Duterte.

Pero laging tinatanim sa isipan namin ng lola, lolo at papa ko ( Ilocano kami mam) na Marcos is the best President. Kaya until now, pag may naninira sa Marcos, I felt sad and always trying to correct them.
Yup binago nila lahat ng books sa public school glorifying that Edsa Revolution. My mom is a teacher.. sorry to say pero kapag ung Edsa revolution n ang topic, she tries to balance the story by also telling her pupils what happened during the revolt.. she was a teener at that time. What really stuck in her mind, she told me, was the moment when Gen. Ver was adamant to bomb the people in Edsa but PFM was equally adamant NOT to.. saying he didn't want blood to shed.. if the revolution was bloodless, we could at least say thanks to Marcos for saying NO to Ver.
