I was so touched to hear Darby describe how Alexis would run away with the drag race win. First of all I agree 100% and secondly she gives her such a hard time and because Darby is so talented I almost fall for it LOL It was just so sweet to hear her voice her belief in Alexis's Talent and abilities.
Yaaassss to Darby saying Alexis would win Drag Race! With her wig styling, costume designing, theatricality, and overall personality, she’d be a major threat to the rest of the contestants. Plus, she’s got that sneaky assassin thing about her, sweet and unsuspecting but will annihilate you in a ball challenge or Rusical and leave no survivors. I am there with you with the Jinkx worship. When my younger cousins and nieces ask who my favorite drag race queen of all time I don't even hesitate to say Jinkx and they're all like "really?" because they're all into the high fashion girls who I also really love. But Jinkx is proving why she is the greatest of all time.

I’m pretty sure Trinity said she originally wasn’t allowed to do Leslie Jordan because someone on season 14 (Kornbread) was going to do it, but then Kornbread left before snatch game so they let her 🤔

I missed your videos so much!!! so glad you guys are back! also just a note, about trinity’s snatch game. i think her tweet said someone from season 14 (that was being filmed around the same time) was gonna do leslie jordan as well and that’s why they told her no. that person was kornbread as she revealed on her twitter! so if i’m not mistaken…after she got injured and didn’t make it to snatch game, they told trinity it was okay for her to do it. so i don’t think anyone in s15 is gonna do it !
That makes so much more sense than the crap I had come up with in my head. My dumbass thought they told her not to do Leslie Jordan because they thought she said she was doing Leslie Jones, who had been done by Heidi on s12 but also is black, which would be super problematic. It seemed like something Trinity would consider doing.
I also don't listen to music much anymore, when I was younger music pretty much saved my mentality, but now I prefer listening to conversations I would gladly participate in :D
To me, there will be NOBODY that will be as good at snatch game as Jinkx is, she completely changed snatch game during season 5, and she has done it again this time around…she is the mastermind of Snatch Game
Yay so glad to be back! Omg I had an economics teacher senior year who went on SYTTD with her sister (season 8 titled sister sister) and the whole storyline was that my teacher (the sister) was constantly jealous and fighting with her the whole time while they were playing around with the editing to make her seem more crazy than what actually happened and kept asking them deep questions to make them cry to use it in a completely different scene lol
This season of All Stars is close to how some of the European franchise shows work - building up the queens rather than knocking them down. España, especially, is all about showing what is great about the artistry and any 'critiques' are designed to help the individuals grow. That cannot be said of the US version, in my homosexual opinion. 🖤
im all here for the jinkx praise! i didnt watch season 5 when it was airing but it was one of the first seasons i watched when i got into the show when i was 16 and she’s always been one of my faves plus her holiday show with dela is so iconic! im so happy to see her back after we’ve seen so many iconic season 5 queens on all stars
The way shea shows the beauty of her culture and beauty to the millions is always phenomenal she truly has references for days teaching the children and getting their attention love love ❤️

I like to imagine that Alexis' camera is constantly moving because it's being operated by a teeny-tiny person who's jumping up and down. It's how Katherine Bigelow won the Oscar for Hurt Locker, after all. (Cue clip of Barbara Streisand yelling "KATHERINE BIGELOOOOOOW!") No really, my parents went to see Hurt Locker in the theater and my mom called me after 45 minutes and asked me to pick her up because it made her nauseous, and I completely relate to that.
I'm so glad to be seeing both of you back again! I hope the moving process has been treating both of you all right (aside from Darby's difficulty actually getting her furniture delivered, which I'm glad that's over because it SUCKS). You both looked great here! This season is _definitely_ All Winners, All Positivity barring some very minor negative critiques here and there. You can clock a lot of things that the judges(/production) would critique much more harshly on a regular season, let alone an elimination All Stars season, but this style thus far is a breath of fresh air. Celebrate the strengths and successes of the contestants without dragging them over the coals for any minor misstep or imperfection.
