Oh yeah. The whole Filipino vs Tagalog thing is because in casual conversations we Filipinos don't speak 100% Tagalog. It's usually mostly Tagalog, a couple of Spanish, and hints of English with sprinkles of with other languages the Philippines have so that's kinda why it shifted from Tagalog to Filipino. I don't know why but that's how my Filipino 101 college professor described the situation

Also just wanted to share some things she's shared on social media: The airline she flew on lost her bag with all her makeup and tucking panties, hence the tights in her entrance look. Production lent her some makeup and TWO brushes but she still looked stunning! Also, "yudipota" is a Philippine-ized version of "hijo de puta" and it's one of our favorite curse words here in Bacolod. Khianna is soo right! Versex is crumbling at the pressure and competition on day one! Her super ego facade is not fooling anyone. Behind every bully and/or gas lighter is some form of insecurity. Khianna was doing what needed to be done to win the episode in terms of performance, runway, entrance, and even confessionals. She has that IT factor that versex can recognize and makes her nervous. But let me tell you Khianna please don't stop doing too much, this is drag the land of doing too much and I'm living for you K :) hope versex finds a way to ground herself in her craft and stop looking at competition with the green eyes of envy
i ruptured a disc at around 44 - took insurance over 9 months to eventually agree to surgery. The surgeon said I should have had it done WAY before. Take care of your back Darbs - being taller can sometimes make you more susceptible to back issues.

Idk why but I love Mama Pao's wig here. Though I noticed that most, if not all, drag queens and gays don't like it. I'm not a wigstress but I thought it looks good. Reminds me of the wigs used on wooden/ceramic saints. I think one of mama pao's branding is the dry wigs xD
Mawma Pao's hair was very Pre-Raphaelite and reminded me of a Rossetti or Waterhouse painting. It was beautifully done and IMHO if it had been perfectly smoothed it wouldn't have looked quite right. There's always a hint of 'I look stunning but I've just actually escaped from an evil sorcerer's tower' to the hair in such paintings. 🖤
