I agree. I really liked what Throb Zombie did taking Jay Kay aside. Love the drama and fighting. But Basically Throb was saying you don't have to have the last word and be the loudest in the room. I just look away or fast forward through the gross challenges! Usually those parts only take up like 10 min total of the episode. Not trying to convince you to watch it if you really can't handle it, but some people seem to think the challenges take up way more of the runtime than they actually do

I didn’t get the critique of Onyx Ondyx because it’s obviously the leg of another derby girl. It’s because derby can actually get a little violent. I thought it was actually smart and I think the judges completely overlooked that great detail.
