Osteopathy is the practice of finding the integrated self-healing mechanism within each individual. This experience will be the application of osteopathic principles and philosophy to direct self-care. Attendees will learn to appreciate living anatomy and discover several manual techniques to apply to themselves-or teach to their patients-for a variety of common complaints.
