This may be unpopular, but I'll be honest? I don't like the Blood Moon variant of Family House. The light seems wrong to be in every single spot on the map. In some areas, like Luggage and in the basement, that light shouldn't even be filtering into the rooms. It felt like all they did was apply a filter, which felt immensely lazy after seeing how they handled the stormy variant of Nancy's House. Hopefully they fix that later, but if not, oh well.
They definitely messed up on the map with the lightning and shadow meshing. So I understand not liking it. BUT I am hoping they fix it soon or maybe release it in October for a halloween event where it's fix and more things are added to it!
After watching your videos and listening to your advice from yesterday I was able to get 3 escapes in a row earlier as victim, I couldn’t believe it! I put on the toolbox perk as well just so I could find them quicker in the beginning instead of wandering and getting lost and it made all the difference in the world I still have some more to learn but I finally don’t feel like dead weight playing as a victim, hell I escaped on Abandoned Mill and I barely even know that map 😂
Very nice man! That is so awesome to me! Using that perk will definitely help because learning the toolboxes in basement is so critical really. It allows you to avoid danger and also spend less time without making progress. One of the best things you can do as victim is widen the map by unlocking more. The more the map is open the harder it is for the family to patrol. It’s why sometimes you’ll see me unlock a door or gate and not even use that exit because it’s forcing the family to patrol that area which leaves other areas open!
@@xLogan91 I noticed little things like that while watching you play and subconsciously started doing it myself too lol, I just gotta get a bit better at escaping chases. Jumping down the well and hoping they aren’t waiting for me in basement is probably the only move I have in my bag rn, if there’s no well then it’s ggs for me every time 😂
It’s an incredible game but at the start it will be rough because learning the maps is the most Important thing. Once you know the maps you will love the game!
@@IndigoDan Honestly if you have a good headset/headphones when you are exploring the map in private the immersion and atmosphere is so good if you are into that sort of thing.
