Imagine what Bakus voice would sound like if he didn’t yell all the time, because in the anime it has a slight rasp if you listen closely, and I bet his throat hurts all the time from all the yelling, and if he’s not always yelling he wouldn’t have that rasp, what would he sound like tho-
so if aizawa used his quirk on deku then would deku die because of how many times hes been hurt in different areas but since he is immortal all the wound would technically do damage to his body in one go even if the were healed because the only reason he didnt die was because of that quirk??
Edit:Btw I only watched till 1:50 or so 😅 True but what if he lets someone who has a healing ability heal him after he (almost) died ? Wouldn’t his wound heal,but the problem is that they don’t know until when they have to heal and where.Oh wait,I got an unfinished answer so he might feel the pain but doesn’t die ,so he could say where it hurts and how much so they would know where and how long they would have to heal or they just do it right after he died and look where he got hurt cause it has to heal himself right? And that probably takes a few minutes or so, so yeah.Or if the wound is not so serious it could heal it self without the quirk. Gotta admit I don't see him as immortal in any way he keeps aging doesn't he all that fast The only immortal thing about him is that he nullifys his own pain which he already does just watch him vs todoroki in the sports festival
From the way it seems it’s not immortal in the I get a fresh new body when I get stabbed or nothing can pierce me type way. They said that it was obvious she wanted to kill bakugo so I think the knife went pretty deep and deku just didn’t have any problems with it. His blood shows but he can still function even when it’s impossible for others kinda like a zombie but better.
I think it's immortality by injury. Injuries, especially potentially fatal ones don't effect him or heal faster then normal. I'd also bet it's harder for him to get sick. To sum it up, he won't die in a unnatural way aka murder but he could age out of living or maybe even due in other natural ways i.e. Cancer. So not live forever immortal but still technically so none the less!!

You know how you can overdose on ‘sniffy stuff’ well would that be possible for Deku or would he be immune due to his quirk? If you think about it Deku only is immortal if he’s being physically stabbed or hit but if something would to penetrate his system would it be likely that it would kill him? Sorry about the long paragraph 😅
Having an immortal quirk would be awesome ngl but it would be sad to see ur friends and family die while u can’t unless in this au he would die of old age but that would beat the purpose of being immortal
