I will never understand how a person can react to his music and not be up to date on his situation....or lack of one. The fact the very girls who made allegations came out and said they lied and people still believe them is all I need to know to unsub these so called metal heads who react. CJ is super talented at what he does but the “stigma” on his character “was” true to who he once was. I’m not for cancel culture. I grew up in the same scene he came from and anyone that knew him back then would say the same but I don’t know if he is that same person. I hope for his sake, he’s not the same dude. Everyone has a past and it’s not our place to pass judgement. I got nothing but respect for his talent though.

@@ADAM-tw6ej I grew up in the same area as CJ and I can tell you it is true. Back then pretty much everyone was friends or friends of friends. That scene was pretty tight nit. Anyone that was in that scene at that time can justify it as well. CJ wasn’t the greatest dude. Now the stuff in his later years I couldn’t tell you because I have no idea. I’m not here to bash the dude because everyone makes mistakes and he was young and immature but the dude had his problems.

How do you figure that? He showed multiple messages between him and her where she was begging him to be with her and he said he didn't want a relationship at that time. She even tried to pull the " I'm gonna hurt myself if I can't be with you" card, and there were messages from her saying she couldn't wait till the next time he came to see her so they could do some crazy sexual stuff I'm not gonna say here. You can see the progression of the messages going from all that to her losing it when he started the relationship with the other girl. And multiple times she would apologize for shit she did or said and tried to excuse it by saying she was just so in love with him that it made her act crazy. This was nothing but a girl getting her feelings hurt and pissed off and saying shit to hurt him because he wouldn't be in a relationship with her and did start a relationship with someone else in the same time frame. He definitely used that girl and I understand her being upset, but that does not excuse the allegations she threw out as soon as he got with the other girl. I'm not saying what he did was right, and he seems to be a jerk from what those messages showed, but I didn't see any actual proof from her and what he showed told the story of a unbalanced girl who's feelings were (rightfully) hurt, who tried to destroy him and his career, and even the career and reputation other girl he was dating, but just because he was a dick doesn't excuse the allegations she leveled against him. If I see proof that backs up what she accused him of, it will change my view on the situation, but I have yet to see any.

You know for a fact it would have been a media frenzy had anything gone to court. Joey boy there don't know shit. I am also not taking anything away from* the seriousness of sexual assault, but you need to understand, people have had their lives destroyed by false accusers/scorned lovers.

It certainly wasn't his job to prove anything, the person making the allegations would need to prove them. And like I said, I never saw her provide any proof whatsoever. But I'm so glad he did put the messages out there for all to see, because it definitely shows what frame of mind she was in and that she only accused him of these horrible things after he started dating the other girl. I would never stand up for someone who did any of those things, but I also won't stand for someone making false claims. Allegations like that absolutely ruin people's lives. And from those messages and the fact that she never backed up anything she said with any kind of proof, it's pretty obvious that her claims are false and she was trying to hurt him (and his gf at the time) because she was heartbroken.
