Amazing as always. She is the main reason I watch immortal songs. She truly has the most amazing and unique voice I have ever heard. I'm becoming more and more obsessed with her.

Now that Bada has finished her run as a regular on the show, I can conclude that this is my most favorite performance of hers on the show. It's just breathtaking. Perfectly delivered, vocal and emotion, from the start till the end.

:'( This performance brought me to tears. Bada delivered the intended emotion of the song so brilliantly. This is what I call artistry. It doesn't really matter, but she deserved the trophy this episode over Im Taekyung.

I was wondering why she didn't win with this performance. Then I looked at 5:48. Ahjummas looked so hard to please, looked like they're about to fall asleep... I never seen such a passive response to such a powerful passionate performance before. Bada was practically ripping her still beating heart out of her chest on stage.

바다씨 아버지가 판소리를 해서 어렸을 때 바다씨도 판소리를 했었다는것 같더군요 그래서 그런건지 뭐랄까 득음?한ㅋ 듯한 뻥!뚫리는 느낌이면서도.. 이 곡은 또 가슴이 아려오도록.. 잘 표현한것 같아요 ㅠㅠ 결론은 바다씨 최고!

This song sounds like a Chinese song. The music and even the way she sings it. It reminds me of a Huang Fei song. And that is great because Huang Fei is my favorite Chinese singer. I get it that these songs are all Korean standards, but it just seems like a Chinese song to me.

I have heard a lot of American songs that sound a lot like songs from other countries. I know the songs are American, but that does not change the fact that they sound like songs from other countries. You are whining about me not understanding you, but I do understand exactly what you are saying.... I just don't care what you are saying. This was the 2nd Anniversary Special, Episode 104, Original Airdate: June 8, 2013, KBS World Airdate: June 29, 2013. With that info you should be able to find it.

To be honest I'm in the same boat as the "ahjummas". Bada put in a lot of effort but this song is all about loss and heartache .. It's difficult for someone without the life experiences to properly portray this song and it being known by one and all there will be comparisons with performances by singers who've covered it in the past. For example Kim Su Hui's rendition watch?v=jgsjhxjdxJQ .. the ahjumma's are directly comparing Bada to Kim Su Hui.

I disagree. Bada has her own interpretation of the song and she had her own story of loss and heartache to tell. Immortal Song is about reinventing a well-known song, not copying the exact feeling and performance. To my ears, she did the best job that episode. Kim Su Hui's performance was great, but she's singing it in pure folk musical style, whereas Bada put a modern pop/R&B twist on it. It's like comparing apples and oranges.
