actually just rewatching this for the 4th or 5th time, its impressive the amount of control the barb has over his butt, he managed to crush the eye of the hag without crushing the liches phylactery (the eye that's visible when the hag looks through the scrying eye) and we know this because the lich is still alive impaled on his back at the end of the clip, what deep and fascinating lore.

A lich survives the destruction of its phylactery, it just means it cannot respawn anymore. It may depend on the edition though.

She literally "saw" the three red crimson flags of the barbarian 1- The barbarian have the INT to read a monster manual and worse know how to make use of his weaknesses 2- The barbarian doesn't mind causing a little pain if the end justifies it. 3- The barbarian literally give him the last ingredient to make the potion and WORSE he tell her to consume the potion. The last straw was when he sees the lich, a glitch of his own possible hell, now life is hell at least for her and the lich.
