i can't give you a specific timestamp from the movie, but it's a flashback to Booker's life a little while after he found he was immortal. i believe that flashback happens in that cave Booker, Nile, and Andy go to after Joe and Nicky are taken by Copley. it's when Andy is gone and it's just Booker and Nile talking.
