I think you should read books..and make your own notes...and just before 2 months from exam.....watch all the lectures of mam for revision of your whole syllabus. Thats how u should study Physiology.
You go by playlist..I mark there as Unit 1, 2, 3 and so on...go unit wise..in a same unit first go for first video given, then next...I have given videos according to serial...after finishing one unit, go for that system from book ..I don't think any notes needed...mark in your book is a better and efficient way to study... Making notes is waste of time.. During your tutorial in your college, before reading same topic see my video lecture then read same topic from book..it will help you revise topic and help in better performance in tutorial and internal exams...
