Ideal time interval between serial IgG tests ??

Dr. I had covid 19 last june. I do monthly testing my IGG IGM serology test and its been five mos. I am still positive by rapid kit but the result is declining....

I'm so confused and my general practioner has no idea... I was recently tested for Measles/Mumps/Rubella Immunity and all of my IgG levels are very high. Rubella Antibodies igG 26.60, Measles Antibodies igG >300, igG >300 Mumps Abs. Also, my Epstein Barr igG is 475. Is there any way you can send me in the right direction?
