Or the parents or relatives were the first party to get the information from the victim and reported the matter only to the church? Parents or relatives should have filed a case asap too. Under this act even parents or relatives..anyone.. who do not report such crime on minors can be prosecuted. Government has to Recruit officers from certain tribes of nagaland through npsc. Many tribes are not representing properly on tourism this has been seeing especially during hornbill festival which is the biggest and most important festival of nagaland
