It’s funny how the Beautiful People were face at this point, where as ODB was a heel, and then in 2008, ODB turned face, then the Beautiful People turned heel. How did the first turn heel? Was it something to do with them getting into a feud with Roxxi Laveaux?
Yeah the beautiful people turned heel after Roxxi’s voodoo prediction said Angelina would get hurt in a match with Kong. They attacked Roxxi a week or 2 later by tricking her into thinking she was getting a makeover
@@NightRises234 ohh so that’s what it was. From what I remember, it did have something to do with Roxxi in the beginning. Was Roxxi a heel to begin with when she told Angelina that she would be hurt in a match with Awesome Kong? Is that why she told her that?
@@georgemiddleton3315 I think Roxxi was technically heel when she gave Angelina that message but there was no bad intent, she was just warning Angelina and even told her not to do the match with Kong. Angelina did the match anyway and got destroyed. Then they started focusing on Roxxi and targeted her, turning them heel and turning Roxxi face.
@@NightRises234 so it sounds as though Angelina assumed that Roxxi was meaning as some kind of threat, when she told Angelina that she would be hurt by competing against Kong?! Which is why she and Velvet attacked her 1 or 2 weeks later and made a heel turn? Also, there was an interview of the beautiful people sending a message to ODB before Velvet’s street fight match with her, and then after they left, Awesome Kong and Raisha Saeed appeared, all fuming! Idk if you’ve seen the interview before, but I did wonder why Kong and Saeed came in all furious! Not sure if it was something to do with what Angelina and Velvet said in that interview or something else.
@@georgemiddleton3315 i think Angelina and Velvet already didn’t like Roxxi and that voodoo prediction was just their excuse to target her and show their true colors. They also turned on Gail when they were Gail’s allies while they were faces. It’s like they were just waiting until the right moment to show their real intention in the knockouts division I remember that segment. Kong and Saeed coming in after didn’t have to do with what Angelina and velvet said, that was just TNA trying to be more productive with their backstage segments and get as many girls as possible on the show.
