Hello Lee! I have to share with you what happened today while I was at the Chattanooga Heart Center talking to my doctor about recent tests. I told him that I began to meditate again and he asked "how long?". I replied an hour (I'm catching up.) We chatted very briefly about how I started and he remarked that he needed to start meditating again. I agreed and asked him what type of meditation he did. "Lee Harris." Was his reply. I was so happy and shared that I watch your RU-vid channel. I do hope he begins again as I have. Much love to you. It's reaching areas I least expect. 💕❤️💕
I used to ask many different channellers concerning a certain questions and got different answers.... My guides told me, this was a lesson for me to find my own truth

Having my own business as a jewellery designer and trying to imbue my pieces and my work with some healing energy, I found almost every question to be relevant as to where I'm in my journey both as a spiritual human and a business owner. Had a good laugh when you talked about getting triggered by what a guru, healer or psychic had said because it was so, so me until recently. Loved this session Lee 👏
Yes, even the ones which you reject totally provide clarity for you about your truth, and it is only your truth that matters. Nobody else can hold your truth for you, the only place your truth lives is in your own heart. Then the hard part comes learning your truth may have absolutely nothing to do with someone else's truth, and that is fine too, for both of you.

That was so great. Thank you very much. Listening about the intuition and channeling and relating that to being in a controlling relationship...really highlighted a new aspect for me. I think many empaths tend to get into codependent relationships. And building sovereignty is a challenge. Which is why so many of us want “Guidance.” Essentially another “Higher” codependent relationship. I remember Matt Kahn mentioning that sometimes guides will be quiet to allow us to build our own voices. Your response deepened that insight. Thank you.

Dear Lee, Thank you for this Q&A session! It was very interesting! Could you please share more about how do you / or your guides feel about the future? Could there be times when energy will be free, people could reverse their ageing, everyone would be entitled to basic income and would choose their occupation mainly from the point of view of love - depending on their talents, and what they want to give to others, rather than from monetary considerations? I keep on dreaming about the future like this (and even better than that) that will be approaching us after 2024...

Truth always sets you free, what causes you pain is not revelation rather confirmation. Changing perceptions and old beliefs are the wisdom in all form nature body astral.
One of the challenges I face is navigating between feelings of irrelevance and significance as a soul and a creator. Given the grand scheme of things, nothing seems to matter at times and I lose my will, purpose and drive time to time. Any advise on this, Lee? It is OK if you need to circle a problem before you dive through the middle of it. This is no different than what you do when you are gearing yourself up to face something in the physical. You wouldn't need to berate yourself for having to gird your loins before jumping off a high board or into a challenging conversation, so no need to do so if it takes you a while to do so with the etheric. The joy/relief you felt after that first successful dive off that high board is nothing to the joy/relief your going to feel each time you step through whatever you have decided still scares you. Eckhart Tolle speaks about dealing with a negative partner. in his book the Power of Now. It's life changing and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to hear about a different thought on this.
I tried to Chanel and heard that I’m not ready. Then I tried to ask how can I love myself to become ready. It seemed like my mind saying that I have to learn to love myself so I can hear it from my higher self. I thought that my higher self is of higher wisdom and compassion even though we are one? I have to allow it to connect with me. What is this? Am I confused? Isn’t connecting to my higher self supposed to automatically bring love and light to my heart? Please help me with your answer. I dont know much about "guides" - the speak to you? Is that such thing as Abraham Hicks has ? entities? And whats the difference towards schizophrenia?
I might disagree with part of the negative energy section. Or at least, I think it's oversimplified. Negative energy isn't always bad. If we make an enemy of it, we stay stuck. Context is important for clarity here, I think.
