100% true, I can confirm this from personal experience. it took 3+ years, a lot of money, and a skilled dentist to fix it when I became independent because my parents didn´t care, try to solve this as soon as possible with your kids or they will later suffer!
As a dentist i assure you that the third molars ( wisdom teeth) can't push the whole dental arch like that! Even when they are horizontally impacted. What would actually happen is that the neighbouring tooth's root will be absorbed then develop a cyst/abscess. If the impacted wisdom tooth somehow miraculously didn't cause a resorption to his neighbour then the impact will cause so much pain that it would alert you to it before your teeth has a chance to shift.
I did OPG(x-ray) for (certain problem in) my canine. But that additionally showed my wisdom teeth are impacted, but I do not have any problem yet. And they have not erupted yet. What should I do? Is it a matter of concern?
My wisdom teeth grew out and I use them to chew, my incisors and canines are also, supposedly, abnormally long and pointy. Does that make me an old world monkey or a relative of Bigfoot? Oh God, am I an alien?!
@@faizaan2004 It depends on how long has the wisdom teeth been there. If they are relatively new ( meaning you are around 20 years old) , give them time ( max of 1 year ) and keep monitoring for any signs, they might erupt and correct their axis on their own as they go. If they are old ( you're 25y or more) then extract them before they cause issues.
OMG! I had this surgery done back in 2006. I had complications of DRY SOCKET. Very painful! I was literately hating life! But when I finally healed I was very happy!!! NO MORE PAIN!!!!
It’s great to get some general knowledge from his animation but it’s not systematic and comprehensive enough if you want to fully understand biology or go professional. He did make things easier because he only mentioned the easiest things you know
Story time: My Latino dad’s a tough guy. Blue collar worker since the age of 16 and has done just about everything under the sun (figuratively and literally) that involves physical labor, basically a Hulk but with a dad bod. He is no stranger to pain. About 10 years ago, all four of my wisdom teeth were at a dangerous risk of impacting. I’m a teeth grinder at night so with that included, my jaw was almost ready to fall off (I’m exaggerating, but that’s the best way I could describe the pain ). During a checkup, my dentist referred me to an oral surgeon for immediate wisdom teeth extraction as the back part of my gum where the teeth had torn through was showing the beginning signs of an infection. I was put under for the surgery since my teeth were too close to impaction for it to be a laughing gas situation. The surgery was quick, and all was eventually fine. The pain, however, was one of the most horrid post-op pains I had ever experienced. I felt like a literal train had crashed into my face, I was expecting it to hurt, of course, but since all teeth has to be removed so quickly, it was more intense than I had anticipated. Cut to the next year, and one of dad’s teeth starts impacting. He makes an appointment to get it removed, and after his surgery he couldn’t cope with the pain he endured from the ONE extraction. “I can’t believe how strong you were, mija”, he told me as my mom prepared him a smoothie afterward. “You have something I don’t have.” It was nice to feel that pride directed at me from my dad ☺️
W story, I could feel your pain as well. During surgery was fine (I didnt get put under though, got 5 numbing injections) but post surgery was the worst. I couldnt sleep or eat for like 3 days. And I only took out 1 tooth.
I've been watching your shorts for a year.. And I want to say WOW !! you grew your channel so fast, ..keep up grindin'🔥and you've given me more knowledge and really appreciated 👍
I'm so glad I never had it this bad. I did however have a wisdomtooth that grew inside a nerve so if extracted too early my entire jaw and face could lose sensation and become permanently numb. Luckily it grew like a normal tooth, upwards, so I waited it out until it had erupted enough to have it removed. Scary thing is I almost had it extracted too early because my first dentist rushed me and it's alright it will just take 5 minutes. Thankfully, my gut feeling worked for once and said it was a bad idea so I said no to the extraction and went to another dentist who took proper panorama and x-ray of the tooth and it showed we needed some more time. Later I got it extracted with zero problems. Only annoying thing was that I couldn't eat normally at all for almost 2 weeks and I experienced extreme hunger because I was in the middle of my anorexia recovery at that time and omg I had no ice cream, only soup 💀😭
Like i like mr beast but dont you guys think you idonlizehim a bit too much. I see mr beast profile pictures everywhere. Well i guess i cant blame you guys since im addicted to tf2 and have a tf2 profile picture
Had to get mine removed. I don't know how it's possible for the teeth to become crooked, because I was starting to feel a dull ache/numbness and my teeth were very sensitive. Thank goodness for dentists
And healthy jaws don't have room for 1+ tooth coming in on each side anyway. I never had wisdom teeth form, but I would think I'd request the dentist to remove them before they become a problem too.
In color science, black is considered the absence of all types of color waves. Meanwhile, white is considered to represent the presence of all color waves in balanced proportions. Scientifically, both are not colors, although they can be presented in the form of pigments
Fun fact: Musical frisson is the experience of goosebumps when you're listening to powerful music. It's a function of the same dopamine reward circuits in our brains that are at play in addiction and arousal
As a dentist that animation is very exaggerated!!! An impacted wisdom tooth isn’t going to cause every tooth to become crowded, maybe locally it will effect the molars directly close to it. Also, if it is totally impacted it rarely will become infected. It can become infected if it is erupted or partially erupted and it gets a deep cavity or the tissue around gets infected, not if it is fully covered by bone and tissue! Very cool video though!!!
Had impacted wisdom teeth and this is true. The pressure from having them gone almost causes more pain than when they were there, but its pure relief when its gone.
Wisdom teeth be doing the most💀💀 Ever notice how wisdom teeth are like those unexpected guests at a party? They show up uninvited, cause a commotion, and refuse to leave until they've made their mark - usually by wrecking the place
