First was with Expanding Culture for conversion and assimilation speed Government Traditions for loyalty and corruption reduction Conquering Traditions for AE reduction and war score cost They affect whole empire. Second one was tax and commerce for money whole empire Siege tradition for faster sieging. dont remember the rest but they were build just cause. Then i build in five corners for achievement but that was at the end.
