well I haven't seen this since it was broadcast 21 years ago. Context is everything... we were never going to beat them, they were really very good and deserved to win the final, but this recording was delayed by seven days because our team coach was involved in a fatal, multiple vehicle pile up on the M6 en route to Manchester. Our vehicle was a burn out, we were very (very) lucky to be alive, and we were in no fit state to be there really. That said, my three appearances on the programme were the fulfilment of a childhood dream and I look back on it all with very fond memories.
