I dunno, space marines Vs space marines is probably the most boring matchup you could have. I'm happy for it to be his Necrons or Death guard to be the ones instead.

I always see a winters batrep and think I'll watch some and save the rest for tomorrow. But I never manage that second part and as usual its past 1am and I regret nothing. Great batrep as ever. I was worried about giving those gretchin a hiding spot and an objective, points wise they were the MVP for the orks. But glad you did because it made the game as close as can be. That mek surviving all those shots was crazy Ork shenanigans only topped by the Lancer surviving and retaliating to destroy the stompa! Quality stuff
All that and the stompa is still overcosted. Putting a Mek in it just about makes it... no, still overcosted. But man. It's still a stompa and its right orky.
What a great game, the closest ones are the best! Winters, you need some Imperial Agents so you can have them hold down your home like his grots did :) The terrain worked great for this type of game too, and that harpoon... wow!
Haven’t finished the fight yet… but did Winters forget his Knightly Feel No Pains the whole game? Cause so far none in the first battleround. And within 10 seconds of my posting… there it is! Lol
the grot mechanicus...now all i want to do is make a grot themes army all in red robes with giant wrenches and mechanicus bits all over. after all, science questions must be answered, like can you get a squig to pilot a killa kan?
Seems weird to me that mecha ork list is considered tournament legal when there are clearly non-ork models with ork accessories on them in there, and one isn't even a mech. Don't know what loot you thought those grotz got, there is no way they can haul off any meaningful piece of their fallen or a Knight while retreating. Like you said this type of list is way swingy.
I don't know the rules of this game cause I don't play the table top but would it be against the rules if you took the blue mech at 6:23 that's on the right with the super large multi-barrel machine gun and gave it a second one on the other arm as well ? If if you took the giant stompa with the chainsword and gave it two chainswords ?
