You can safely sell your analyzed artifacts, even weapon systems you haven't fully unlocked yet.. Things needed for story events or not yet analyzed aren't added to the sale list.

That exhaust port placement was physically painful to witness 🫠😂 I’m all for aesthetics, but I’m under the presumption that the port will enable cooling for all three hexes it touches. Whereas the exhaust vent module only touches two hexes. Had you kept the exhaust port module in the middle, touching both aux reactors AND your command component, the cooling would be 3x as effective as you currently have it. Further, your command module has a huge reactor in it, and your current layout has it catastrophically overheating. I think this may the root of the energy issues you’re having in extended fights. So perhaps reconsider the aesthetic for the incredibly more valuable placement of the exhaust port in the middle between those modules😭✨

Yeah missiles work a lot better fired in bulk . . . and there are missile upgrades that will make them a lot more effective.

As mentioned in other comments: reconfigure your exhaust ports to help overheating of reactor. Also you could line those two half panels to create one hole in the middle of the ship
