Vader is not interested in a group of Rogue Clones he and his Inquisitors are all over the Galaxy following up on Tips of Surviving Jedi and eliminating them but I think Vader will come to punish Hemlock for his failure to preserve Tantiss

Keep us protected from whom? As far as We are concerned, the galactic empire is pretty much the only truly militarited superstate in the galaxy. It IS the Galaxy. The Hutt space not withstanding, of course.
