Technology allows children to work with simulated situations which goes a long way in developing quick thinking, trial and error strategies, and logically the thought processes. Technology, through the use of the iPad, makes well-crafted games and scenarios accessible in the remote corners for children to gain awareness of what is currently available to children in the advanced parts of the world. Educators at Alma Mater strongly believe and witness the power of using iPad’s for teaching and using interactive applications. It provides Meaningful situations, Motivation, Positive attitude, Increased learning as the child has to use problem solving strategies in different levels, it also becomes an interactive and non threatening tool for Assessment. An interactive application is a self teacher hence enhancing the listening and observation skills.
