Learn how to move your exisiting form online with JotForm's "Import Form" capability. In this video, I take the IRS W9 form and convert it to an online form. I am doing a drawing contest for kids and have a pdf entry form already prepared. Not sure I understand how to set something like that up. I'm guessing the entry form is submitted separately from the drawing into the email provided? This is all new to me, thanks in advance for your help!

Can you pull data from airtable to fill the PDF? We have a monthly report form that gets filled out. Currently we use page designer and just created our own form. But with page designer restricted to one page it's hard. We have an official PDF form we could use but like being able to auto populate a form with all the data we have in airtable rather than making a form for each Client.

JotForm forms need the data to be entered in the form itself - the PDF is only created after a form is submitted (which can't be done with automation). If you want to create a PDF, then you can do that from Airtable with software like Docupilot and Formstack. We've done videos on those software in the past!
