Is it possible to import to modrinth mod packs that you download from the curseforge website? (these with the HTML list of mods that you can import to curseforge app) If it is possible I don't even have to install curseforge.
@MegaWinner13 honestly I'm not sure. You could try extracting the downloaded pack to a folder then point to that folder when Modrinth is looking for curseforge profiles.
It means that it's not seeing the right version of forge. Make sure both Modrinth and Curse are up to date. Aside from that, you may have to remake the profile on Curse
Hey, i have had the same error too! I found out that the lowest version of forge (atleast for me in 1.20.1) is 27.2.17, so you need to change your forge version in curseforge! Hope this helped 😄
My curseforge path doesnt include an actual "curseforge" but instead directs from twitch, making it not get picked up by modrinth following these instructions. what can I do to solve this?
At 2:06 I briefly talk about setting the path. After you fix the path, just click the refresh arrows and it should pull your profiles. If it's not working, go one folder up.
What if I tried to use curseforge to download a mod that wasn't available on Modrinth, and add that to my modrinth modpack? Currently it doesn't seem to work
Shot in the dark and sorry to bother you. I've got this same issue and after googling I can't find anything other than several posts of people with the same issue, people saying they have the same issue, and no results on how to fix. How did you fix it?
