Thanks for your question! Self-efficacy and self-confidence are closely related topics. According to the site Explore SEL (exploresel.gse.harvard.edu/), self-confidence can be described as an internal sense of overall positive self-worth, while self-efficacy can be described as the belief in one’s ability to succeed in completing a specific task or reaching a targeted goal.
