government is acuiring land at yacharam kandukur rangareddy District in the name of pharma city nearly 20,000/-acres up to now 11,000/-acres took but it's all assign land and some patta land but now government forcing for taking patta lands , here the rate is 1to 2 crores per acres government is giving 16 lakh with consent 7lakhs without consent while case is pending award have been passed how can we proceed sir

As per RFCTRRLAct, 2013.1.Maximum rate of Agriculture land, whichfixed by the cocerned Sub Registrar.2.Multify Factor 1.....2, depending distance from Urban City.3.Addl.cost of trees,Dug Well,any building structure and residual land+100%,Which is Solatium=Total amounts*4Times=Total amounts,which is compensation per each Acre is it correct or not?why I am asking you.Whereas concern Presiding Officer is calculated @Rs.Market Price×M.F 1.25=++x100%Solatium=Total amounts.This is nothing but consent of the farmer.Accordingly,they are losses of 4 times, which the Act is offering benefits to the land looser on their lands, which they were offering.Knowingly they were cheating.Can you give suggestions regarding this issues.

Sir,we are small farmers.Our lands are in urban area and A P State Government has acquired our lands three times since 1956. Again State is willing to acquire again some portion of the land. Sir,can we get benefit U.S.39 of the new Act for 'multiple displacement' claiming with retrospective effect.If so,is there any citation? Please reply me.Thanking you.

If we loose our house in acquisition. Do we receive money for house and the land? Or only for land? One more thing if we loose dairy house it contains cows and buffaloes. Do we receive any money in this case? Please reply..

Nice explanation on land acquisition. I have total land of 4. Acres agriculture land in that 3/4 of land is marked for National Highway( vijayawada to nagpur) , my family is total dependent on agriculture land.Till now no notice was issued, please give me suggestion how to protect my land.
