Let me give my own experience. Last three years I am in to plant based life style. My HBA1C used to be between 5 to 8 at different times. I used to eat between 8 am to 6 pm. Morning green juice Plus fruits at 8 am, salad plus millets at 1 pm and some fruit at 5 pm. Stopped milk completely and also packed food and refined food. I used to take curds and butter milk. My night sugar used to be below 140. But my fasting sugar used to be between 160 to 200. Even when I do 24 hours fasting my fasting sugar used to be 160 plus. Whatever I do it never used to come down. But I never took any medicine because I don't have any diabetes symptoms and my fasting insulin test and cpeptide were perfectly normal. Then from first Aug I started NDS protocol. In NDS start the day with enema, at 10 am green juice, at 13:00 green juice, veg juice and fruit juice and at 17:00 veg juice and fruit juice. From 17:00 to to next day 10:00 fasting. Again enema before sleeping. Within 9 days my fasting sugar came down to 110. Why has it happened? When u do enema point 41 and 42 in colon which controls sugar balance , which is coated with toxins, gets cleared. That is the root cause for diabetes reversal. I have not taken any medicine before and now also

Your fasting is high it should be below 100 but 80 ... your homa IR will be raised .... avoid drinks , juices, sweets do exercise,go for low carb diet..

Doctor, can you share your reversal videos classes and what foid supplements etc , whatever needed for diabetes reversal to online you tube video so we in Us too can follow and share with other diabetic patients ? I want to show my American doctors here that my Indian doctors are better at reversal of diabetes which very few doctors here tell us patients , that it’s possible - 😊 they don’t think it’s possible to reverse diabetes here or don’t want us to know ! I am desperately trying to reverse my diabetes which I got after chemo theraphy destroyed my liver and part spleen , kidneys , too with scar tissue left behind , my doctor says - liver is getting better now since my chemo last 6 years ago, since I took chemo but made me diabetic during chemo theraphy sessions!
