I have a tech start up idea that I'm currently looking for developers to create prototype. Can you either help find the developers or help in patenting or helping in licensing the idea for an equity share
For licensing an idea, I typically recommend that clients learn to do this themselves by reading Stephen Key's "One Simple Idea" (amzn.to/3QBguPU) hiring someone to help with this tends to be a scam and folks will rarely do this for equity. Similarly, I'm not able to work for equity and I'm not aware of any patent attorneys who do, but it may be possible to find someone. As far as finding developers, it tends to be very specific to the project you have - this is especially true if you are looking for someone to partner with you and work only for equity.
