i feel like im stuck in a time loop where i cant do anything else but farm for pot pieces. if i quest or lifeskill i think.. i could be farming pot pieces right now and not suffer later. but im acutally still suffering and despairing..
Farm pot pieces on an alt with full V tuvala gear. Do it when you feel up to it. When you aren’t feeling up to it, quest on your main. The main quest has a ton of free stats. Then do the books that give main stats (AP and DP). You don’t have to play the game optimally. Shocker, I know but you should play the game in a way that’s the most fun for you.
If you dont like farming for the pot pieces, then dont! Its fine to not have th pot pieces because yeah its QoL, but its not necessary. Try out new things, test out certain grind spots, try out atoraxxion. Theres alot of other things to do and missing a pot piece isnt the end all be all
I have over 1k hours on bdo and can say for absolute certainty that the infinite pot pices DO NOT take 80 hours to do both even if you have all t4 pets and have 300% loot drop with scrolls it will roughly take a casual player 200 plus hours me personally has taken me 210 hours to get both pots with 6 hrs of grinding a day the only piece that will be the easiest imo is the narvan steppe piece pitties drop quite frequent but it definitely doesnt take 40 hrs for one potion even if you get 5 pitties and hour no way 40 hrs with get you a potion, you will need to have crazy luck to get the main piece to drop but from takling to other player 2 out every ten players will get the main piece to drop others have to farm the whole 100 pitties and trust me dont push for it as hard as you can or you WILL get burnt out and will just leave, grind for a bit a day and do other stuff dont hard focus ive seen alot of people leave due to burn out
Nice overview, I wonder what tome book you have in slot and where to get that? (the one you have does not even look like a book, but more like a potion with spikes on it)
I was randomly able to remember this, but he goes over them in his "10 Things to do EVERYDAY in Black Desert Online" video. Basically, it's called a "PEN (V) Undying Crow's Insignia" which is the highest tier version of the insignias, and it grants +30% combat exp. You get it by doing the "Pit of Undying" which you can search in the menu. You can do them daily, and doing those reward you with coins that you can use to exchange for items like cron stones. I'm assuming you exchange the coins for the insignias, or unlock the insignias by the difficulty of the Pit of Undying that you do (PRI to PEN iirc). Someone correct me on this.
@@Andicus ohh interesting, thank you for reaching out.. There is so much hidden knowledge in this game, to be discovered.. And so it seems if you have no goals set or know which ones to set, you will likely not achieve them, so I try to be aware to not sync too many hours in for example combat and figuring out in the end I could have been 30% more efficient.. So half of my bdo time I spend on researching and watching videos like this.. However I do not aim to be 100% efficient at all, that even seems impossible and or too tedious.. Only trying to not regret the way one could go about things with more common sense than just straight forward and blindfolded..
Sounds like you probably missing a lot of loot behind, main problem with bloodwolves is pets can’t keep up, try slowing down to let them loot and you’ll most likely get more from personal experience I went from like 1-2 an hr to 3 more consistently (could just be tinfoil copium but worked for me)
@@Darkdray123 This. Loot drops on kill by you - dont go full sweaty, take it slightly slower and make sure you pick up all the stuff - and always do the weeklies for pieces.
@@Darkdray123 yeah thats an issue for sure I only have 1 T4 pet and leave a lot behind but 40 hours for the entire Potion piece still sounds impossible for me, not to say thats impossible for everyone but just for me personally.
