Hi sis, yes you can come to Canada through the express entry route but just making clothes might not help you pay your bills. You will need something more substantial to be able to pay up your bills. Making Clothes will just be your side hustle. I do not have an information at this time on how to get licensed.

No, you cannot work with a visitor’s visa, you will have to find an employer and if you are able to get one while you are here visiting, you can then change your visit visa to a work permit. That is the only way you can work.
