while primary testing time secondary should be shorted & earthed & secondary IR doing time primary should be earthed..those details not informed sir..just for information.
@@electricalvathiyar1753 earthed in other end not for Saftey else values will come in Mega ohms instead as Giga ohms..if you have doubt you can trail IR values with & without opposite end earthed.
It will be measured with Transformer ohm meter. By testing with multimeter you will get continuity (only beep) in secondary LV sides and a small ohm value on primary HV side but no beep.
