❤Ingredient 材料 :
Self raising flour 50g 自发面粉 50克
Rice flour 50g 粘米粉 50克
Corn flour 30g 玉米粉 30克
Salt 2g 盐 2克
Water 300ml 清水 300毫升
Cooking oil 1tsp 食油 1茶匙
*Self raising flour can be replace by
Low gluten flour + 1/2 tsp Baking powder
*自发面粉可以用 低筋面粉 + 泡打粉1/2茶匙
*Spice powder can be added for extra flavor
*可以加入香料粉增添风味
