While it's perhaps difficult, this is far from impossible. At the given tempo, the 32nd notes are to be played at about 14 notes/second, which is very doable for the written passage work. Maybe only by virtuosos, but not impossible.

I would say it's relatively simple, but the octave jumps in measures 21 - 25 are very tricky at such tempo.

Compared some of the dog water ridiculous bs my 4th etude and sonata movements are this piece is not that hard😅
