The misdirections are the most underrated aspect of the show. The pranks are funny but the look on these guys’ faces when they realize they’ve been setup is always priceless.

The punishments are definitely getting more extreme as the jokers are being put in actual pain. For instance: Q's pregnancy simulation, Murr's nipple piercings and this one.

I'm a huge wrestling fan so this was one of my favorite punishments ever. I also met Tommy Dreamer back in 2001 when he was in WWE during my Make-A-Wish to meet The Rock.

Love how all the non-wrestlers (I'd assume) talk so confidently about how wrestling doesn't hurt, even if it's fake. Yes it doesn't hurt as much as it should if it's real, but that doesn't mean it doesn't hurt. In fact, it hurts A LOT.

I was in the audience for this!!! I’ll give a little insight from my experience. Nobody knew. So this was a House Of Hardcore show in Poughkeepsie. All hardcore wrestling fans. Nothing about Impractical Jokers being there was advertised. First two matches happen, great. Ring is cleared. The Peter Pan music hits, and the crowd was confused & kind of quiet. That’s when Q walks out and stands there. We are bursting laughing. I know it’s hard to tell on TV/RU-vid, but the truth is, half the audience knew who he was. In fact, we popped pretty big for it cause we all turned to realize “oh yes we’re gonna be on TV!!!” The entire audience on the bleachers were cheering & chanting “Q! Q! Q!” That’s why, notice the shots of the audience are very tight on a few bewildered people, rather than the general audience. Cause we were so lucky to be there, and knew it would be good. Q cut his promo, and we’re all laughing. A few boos, but mainly laughs. Tommy Dreamer came out, huge pop, beat up Q. Then Dreamer invited a bunch of guys to surround the ring. Dreamer got Q to admit he was a wimp, and Q ran to the back. Next match was a battle royal. A lot of fun. Love wrestling & IJ.

Seeing a middle-aged Peter Pan getting his ass kicked in a wrestling ring is something I never knew I wanted
