I started with one, then found out about the spekboom project (they are called spekboom here in South Africa), I bought another 20, then I started propagating them, have like over 200 now in 6 months (mostly small ones)... now I found out they can be turned into bonsai and I have decided to sacrifice the front lawn as a dwarf jade bonsai nursery. Shout out to Little Jade Bonsai, your videos have been incredibly helpful to get started on this hobby/obsession. Your collection is very inspiring
I started with 2 and literally planted 53 rooted variegated clones. Not even done yet still got over 15 regular rooted babies. And their mother tree to plant along with new cuttings that are currently healing up.
Amazing collection so glad you shared with us! I have a massive 20 year old jade im training and I hope it can turn out as nice as yours! Aloha from Hawai'i!
Beautiful bonsai collections you have there! I just bare started growing those elephant jade plants. I got a long way to go to make it into a bonsai tree. Love it!
WOW 😍 what an awesome collection you got there. Thank you for being an inspiration to people who love bonsais like me. I look forward to viewing more of your videos👏🏻🙏🏻
I just found your channel this week (May 14, '22) and I'm loving it! You have a great eye for design. I had no idea about the potential beauty with this plant. I'm now inspired to try this out myself. Thank you!
Nice video! I took your advice this spring when I defoliated my jade bonsai. I loaded them down with osmacote and then down your ramification technique and now they look great. Unfortunately I live in a colder climate and have to bring them inside for the winter. They will drop their inside leaves but they still look great. Keep those instructional videos coming🤙🏻
Looks like you just cannot throw any cuttings away... and in addition you must have a 100% success rate propagating your new plants. Amazing collection, I admire your imagination. It takes a lot of it to create such a variety of trees out of sort of unassuming starting material... I have 4 Portulacarias now... you inspired me big time.
Just love your collection. That’s the dream. I’m in the Pacific Northwest so I’m not sure I could ever achieve this with this species. I will just have to admire your trees as long as you keep sharing them. 🙏❤️
Love and light I can see how much love and care you have given your babies God bells you and your hands How about sharing the love with people and why not make a bissness from it make money from something you love And thank you again you have given me hope about doing this hobby too God bless you 💝💝💝💝💝
What a beautiful and nice garden you have, I live in a very hot and dry place and only now have I discovered the partulicaria plant. For me you are my expert I subscribed to your channel and will watch all the videos
Corpus nice, I am glad to have found the channel and even better you are in my area. I am just South of Houston, North of Galveston - Jade is on my to do list....

Wow !! Really nice … am just starting to learn how to do proper trimming of this plant 🪴 your garden is really neat , for me just watching plants like that is so relaxing … thanks for showing your bonsai plants….
Bonsai is my Coronavirus hobby. Porties do really good in Las Vegas. Every other plant burns in the summer I now have 10 potties and looking for more good materials
Beautiful collection! These guys are actually native to my area of South Africa and are called “spekboom” here. There are many different variants with all kinds of features so I am going to start try and train 1 or 2 from each variant, and these are just such amazing inspiration! Thank you!
I love your nice collection! I have been gifted a bonsai elephant bush and it was a little bit neglected to start but I finally just got some new growths.
Great video and thanks for sharing! I'd love to hear your thoughts on repotting and also watering. Maybe these are like any other succulent but I'm new to plants in general. I know work is tough but people really enjoy you and the videos you make!
