Something new! Seems like most quilt books and magazines are basically showing the same thing over and over again. I don't care how many ways you can mix 4 square blocks or make a 9 patch disappear. Here is something unique. Thanks for sharing this book.
Thank you for saying. You want the design to speak rather than the quilting. I’ve seen some beautiful quilting on quilts, even on mi=y own but the long armed that I’ve used, but I have recently felt that the quilt pattern, the quilt itself, has gotten lost in the quilting.I’m sure there is a time and place for elegant quilting but I’m staring to want my work to be the focus when the quilt is looked at, even it it is just hand tied. And, I still like just hand tied quilts, the old-fashioned way of putting quilts together if there aren’t any hand quilters available.
