I've often toyed with the idea of using the Hornby Barclay 06 body shell on a Bachmann Drewry 03/04 chassis to create the 0-6-0 version of the loco. However, it would also require shortening the rear of the cab roof & upper 2/3rds or the rear cab wall.
This must be one of your best weathering jobs I've seen, I think I'll go look into that artists masking latex thingy bob because I've been after something like that
Adding a 12 Ohm 1 Watt series resistor, between the motor & one of the pickups, makes the loco more controllable for slow speed shunting, especially when under ye olde Hornby Zero One DCC or 12 Volt DC Pulse Width Modulated control.
