great video and advices , i would like to say that more than you know in inter level mental imo is everytthing no matter how good you are . Almost all of my matches when i was on that level had a very close first set and whoever won that would "break" their rival and match would end 2-0 or 3-0 , pretty wild but most people that have no sportsbackround dont know how to manage a loss at all . Being able to reset your mental after every set and analyze how to beat your rival is absolutely everything but it requires you to have a good teamate therefore try to find someone to be your main partner.
