Consistency is a vital thing while reading. Even though I like to read, it's hard to go on as a routine. Your pronunciation is too attractive and I would like to talk like you.
We have the same style in improving our reading skills. In my teenage years, I was not really fond of reading and I didn't know a lot of vocabulary words but when we had a debate in highschool, that moment made me realize the importance of improving myself in english. I had a lot of idea at that time but it was really hard to translate it in english because tagalog is my vernacular. I decided to make a new goal and habituated myself to read books everyday. I struggled to understand a lot of vocabulary words but what I did was I searched their meanings in english tagalog dictionary which is contrary to what others are saying that we should only use an english dictionary. I wrote down every single word I didn't know and even wrote down how they are used in a sentence. In that way, I also learned the meanings of verb, adjective, and noun and the words that I know expanded little by little.
@@AnuSharma-wo2yf All kinds of reading materials. If you want to develop your formal English, then read newspapers but if you want to be imaginative and expand more your vocabulary, then you have to read novels.
Correct, translating is the best way of conveying your thoughts. If you can't think first using your native language, then the more you can't think using an english language.
Before watching this I was really frustrated about improving my English skills ,but after watching this video you motivated me,I’m greatly thankful for you 😘
I swear God you are the most perfect person who speaks English ever . Good luck..I am from Iraq I hope u are here to taught us ..the government will welcome to u here and There will be a lot of students and get a lot of money...in your institute here...God bless you and keep u safe...I always agree with you in all words ....Your accent is super perfect....U made me feel happy and comfortable...thank u
Oh my goodness! The accent is "beyond words". I've never ever heard such a perfect pronunciation. It seems like you've been in USA for years but as I know you weren't and THAT'S A BIG POINT!
Madam, I am impressed. I heard your voice very clearly, and I easily understood it from your RU-vid video. Bring your ideas to the beginner's stand up going on most helpfully about them. That video is the best motivation for beginners.
It's really working, A year ago I couldn't understand/read/speak English , yes still clumsy still struggling, but I could understand everything what she said. Being patient is the key!!
It was an excellent video. I really recommend to listen to an audio book while reading, but if you're not comfortable with such a thing, please read first and listen to the audio after reading. It's what i do. It takes much time and i wanna finish fast, but i prefer thinking that it's better to read slowly and make progress than reading fast and learning nothing. I have a tip for ya if you're still reading. After reading and listening to the audio try to pronounce what you've just listened.
BTW I'm a beginner in reading books. While I was in college, I used hate books because I spend most of my time on the search of vocabulary. Later then..still my hunger to read books haven't died. So then.. I asked many of my friends and got to know that they go by context and later by meaning and It was hard to me initially. Now.. I'm used to it. The problem i'm facing is "I usually go in-depth on phrases that I encounter while reading...like for about 10-15 min. My next hurdle is.. How should I stay focused ? " I wish you all the best for your future endeavors and also thank you for all the efforts you're doing....
I have been waiting for 30 minutes to watch your heighlight. You do not know. Most of the people in over the world wait to watch your videos. Who are so busy on thair work. They get happy your videos. Today it was late to upload your video. Thank you❤️❤️❤️
Hello 👋. For beginners : 1. Fairytales , familiars. 2. Articles in the field of your interests( with Google translator: listen to and read with ) out loud. 3. Cartoons with text ( captions on ) . ‼️ For tests: read questions first‼️ Start to read text after.
Hello. Thank you for sharing this video. It was very informative and useful. I read sometimes. Well, I'd like to say that I hated reading when I was a teenager, but reading wasn't my poor side. I loved it and read a lot of stories and things like that. Also, my first book I read was the adventures of Huckleberry Finn, written by mark TWAIN. I read this book in Russian and I was interested because I think every child should love an adventure story. In addition, I was born after the collapse of the USSR, and we got a lot of American things, for example: movies, lifestyle, and something like that. Yes. It was amazing, because we could absorb something unknown. What else? Yes. I must say that this book helped me when I passed the exam (I studied at the University) in English. I spoke to my teacher about this book in English. During the discussion, the teacher told me that she had read this book, and it was her favorite book. Thanks to this circumstance, I received the highest rating and was happy. This was my first book that I read from beginning to end. As you mentioned, this process requires a lot of concentration and attention, and mostly teenagers don't like it. I couldn't concentrate and couldn't read much. I started being interested in reading a few years ago, but I started reading articles. The first time was very difficult, and I had to translate unfamiliar words. This disturbed my attention and concentration. Reading is not my favorite type of practice and sometimes I don't want to read, but I remember that I shouldn't give up. Now I read articles, and it's not every day, but I do it quite often. What else? Yes. I don't understand many words yet, but the understanding is much better than it was in the past. In addition, I must tell you about a teacher who has shown his own experience in this matter. His name is Alexander Skenderov. He wrote the book "learn how to learn English" and I read his book last year. The author suggested using a monolingual dictionary when reading and stressed that you should not translate unknown words through bilingual dictionaries. Useless, as the man is sure. What do you think about it? Should we use monolingual or bilingual dictionaries? What dictionaries do you use for practice? Thank you in advance.
Thank you for sharing your experience! I use a monolingual dictionary, but sometimes when the meaning of a word is still kind of blurry I use bilingual

Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn. (- Benjamin Franklin) Memories fade with time and lessons are forgotten, but experiences shape a human being and leave a lasting mark. Teachers have the privilege of guiding early experiences and discoveries.

It is an awesome one of a kind product for teaching children to read without the normal expense. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my old buddy Taylor finally got great success with it.
"I only read in Ukranian and Russia and those weren't the most interesting books"...oh...😔 hi there from Russian 😅😊 such a pity to hear such words...I love Dostoesky, one love😄💗, Pushkin, Alexander Green, Turgenev, and poetry: Zinaida Gippius, Severyanin, Merezhkovsky, Eduard Asadov...🌸 Btw, when I read I also like to enjoy and do not race 😊 happy to hear someone's mentioning it, about reading efficiently. But, yes, didfferent texts - different reading styles! And audio books, I believe, they also help with pronunciation if you repeat sentences✨:) Thank for the helpful video! ✨✨✨
