You prolly dont give a damn but does someone know a way to log back into an Instagram account?? I stupidly forgot my password. I would love any tricks you can offer me
@Alexander Junior I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff now. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
Keep the videos coming! Awesome work! What do you use to record your videos? What frames per second do you record in? What video editor do you use? Looks very professional and I love the text and transitions.
Dhanushka Patel I’m not an expert but I think it’s EE, E, SW, Continental, W Western is too hard to get speed in my opinion which is why I put it as last but this is my opinion. Also you could switch eastern and extreme eastern.
You can create huge amounts of racquet head speed with any of those grips, Dhanushka That factor definitely shouldn't play into deciding which one to use.
@@EssentialTennis Most recreational players can't hit Western well at all, It's an advanced grip as you know, . I was talking to an national coach who went to a conference and he stated over 75% of recreational players under 4-5-5 are not getting the proper benefits of SW Grip as it's intended and it would be actually more beneficial for proper spin production and less errors to use Eastern.
A you guys roommates, partners, or what? This is the same living room as in other videos with different instructors. Is this is a studio living room? I need answers, I cannot rest.
This is Kevin and Megan's living room! We shot the lessons about a month ago before Wisconsin had any kind of "stay at home" restrictions. Thanks for watching!
Love these videos but as a Very Experienced Coach specializing with beginners there's a few refinements I would for this. to make it that much better. Some of these hand-eye coordination drills are quire challenging for the average player. I would skip the one catching it in the air to start with and only start doing that when you can prove you can do some of the challenges I have below. It's much beneficial to stick to forehands being able to do 25-50 in a row, then switching right away to BH. If you can't hit 50 in a row, forget switching back and forth, you're hand coordination needs a lot of improvement. Some versions you can do but still sticking on the forehand and reaching 50. 1. Do 50 in a row 2. Bouncing off one foot 3. Closing one eye. 4. Walking backwards 5. Sitting down, 6. Start standing up then sit down. 7. Hit it and put your racquet your back before the next ball. Hopping or closing one eye does add difficulty to whichever version you're doing. You can even get creative and juggle something in your left hand while you juggle. The ones shown here are the cooker cutter basic ones, and can get boring pretty fast. Small correction, Squeezing your racquet with a tighter grip will not make the ball go higher by itself, it simply means you're more likely to hit it with more force which in turn will make it go higher. Keep up the good videos, a lot of low level players out there that benefit greatly from your videos ^_^.
Thank you for sharing this great home tennis training! I wasn't clear about how these training will help my tennis skills in general. Would you mind explaining to us?
Challenge accepted! Have never been able to 'catch' the ball with any consistency. To be transparent, I also cannot bounce the ball up from the ground like seemingly everyone can, so I trap the ball against my foot and bring it up to the bounce. Any chance ET has done a video how to bounce the ball up from a resting on the ground position? I may be one of the lone 4.5+ players out there who cannot do this simple action (at least YET :-)
I thought that was a requirement to be to be at least a 3.5 player? ^_^ haha. As a coach, I could teach you in 30s. Hit the ball on the racquet as you have your racquet go towards you, let the ball bounce again just as it hits it's peak you hit it against the ground again making sure to remove your racquet fairly quickly and pick up. Biggest mistake people do is they try to keep hitting the ball. If you do it properly it's twice, some players get fancy and hit it once and pick it up, but that's just showing off. Let me know if it's still hard. I'll make a video for it. Bring your game toa a 5.0 level ^_^.
