Cardiovascular disease is one of the biggest killers in our region and ensuring that your cholesterol level is low is an important way to prevent heart attacks and strokes. The Academic Health Science Network for the North East and North Cumbria (AHSN NENC) is leading a programme of work to support better cholesterol management across England and includes the use of new treatments like Inclisiran.
