Playing hands that missed (no blocker, no pair, no draw) in 3bet pots (oop and ip) - do I just give up, or how do I utilize them?

balancing my callrange when getting raised while being uncapped myself on the turn/river. I call way too much I feel, maybe I should be exploiting population by overfolding in those scenarios

First of all thanks for all the knowledge you are sharing, your videos are awesome - you got me really interested into PLO. I am also interested in paired boards in 3b pots, especially dry boards OOP, for example what should one do from blinds after 3bettimg AAxx or KKxx on a QQx, JJx, 1010x rainbow flop compared to 88x and lower when facing aggresion? Are we doing anything differently on a JJ3r flop compared to a J33r? Do we just surrender with ovepair when getting 3barreled? And vise versa, do we 3barrel bluff if we put villain on AAxx KKxx?
